Sansotei, Toronto, Ontario, Canada!
One of the best Ramens I have had in a long time. Umami Tonkatsu broth, perfectly cooked pork belly, big garlic hits, and a perfectly cooked soft boiled egg make this Ramen the standard for delicious ramen. There are a couple of locations in Toronto. The Soup roadies have been to both, and can vouch for quality control at both locations.

Seafood Curry Soup
Penang Restaurant: 117 N 10th St, Chinatown, Philadelphia, PA.
Seafood Curry Soup. This is equivalent to a Laksa, but the Laksa on the menu is a completely different soup. Bitter melon, Fish balls, tofu skins, and eggplant stud this glistening concoction. Extra birds eye/ Thai Chili available upon request. Delicious. Rating: 4/5 Noodles/

Hello!! It will take a lot of back logging to get the European and Australian spots into the blog but, we shall. Jackie, Chris, and I (another Chris called JC), are roadies and have a thing for great food! And we really love Asian noodle soup!!! Ramen, pho, etc etc. We all look forward to sharing our experiences!!

This place is “midwestern” for ramen and food in general. It is kind of like eating ramen in Scotland, it was ramen and frozen Japanese food, with a dominant push of Chinese flavor and a lot of frozen not fresh. If your in a pinch and really craving it enjoy, aside from that it is Cleveland. More food to come!!
